Wonderland

I'm going to be selling prints of this in the near future. It went from a simple portrait, to this Mad-Hatter/Wonderland inspired version....created for a Halloween Pinup art show I'm doing in Chelsea next friday. I'm quite happy with the results!

Sketchy

Colored it! I actually think it looks better as a sketch.

I've been doing a lot of coloring and painting lately, so when I had trouble sleeping I thought I should doodle instead. First thing that came to mind was to try another self-portrait. So here it is...

I just found a sketch I did in Florence, back when I was studying painting there a few yrs ago. I was looking at a sculpture of a man fighting a centuar.....I'm guessing I was in one of the piazzas at the time.

1 of 5 panels in a comic I made about a funny coffee-shop incident that happened over the summer...I finally put the finishing touches on it. Yipeeeee!

I finally finished a digital painting of my sister that was left unfinished for about a year. She's a big fan of Bouguereau and was pretty happy when I tried to make her portrait look like it belonged in that genre. :o)

My newest ad....this sucker took forever. They wanted more detail than the sistene chapel and more revisions than any decent person should have to do. After a second set of revisions there is now a 2nd version. Any preferences?

This is a low res version - in the original you can even see the shine on her toenail polish!

Monkey See Monkey Draw

Marlo has done so many doodles of yours truly, yet I hadn't done one in return! Then the guilt started to set...in along with the desire to see if I could do it. She demanded that I post the result, so here it'tiz. I'm going to color it when I have time, but for now, enjoy this. ;o)
